Setting up your personalized videos

Using Windsor consists of 3 really simple steps:

Step 1 - (optional) Create your AI actor model

You can skip this step and use one of our pre-recorded templates from our professional actors. Login to your windsor account and see the templates available in our Video Library

To properly generate videos where it looks and sounds like you're speaking to your customers, you'll first need to create an AI model. You can do this by logging into your Windsor account, navigating to the Actors; page and hitting 'Create'

The pages that follow will guide you through scheduling a short recording session where a member of our team will record some footage and guide you through creating your AI model. Your AI model will be used when personalizing the templates you record next

Step 2 - (optional) Record some template videos

You can skip this step and use one of our pre-recorded templates from our professional actors. Login to your windsor account and see the templates available in our Video Library

Templates are videos that contain variables to be personalized. In the template video, you'll use the phrase 'Watermelon' as a placeholder/variable. For example, you might say something like 'Happy Birthday Watermelon. Hope you have a wonderful day' at the start of your template video. Once uploaded to Windsor, the word 'Watermelon' can be replaced with anyone's name using AI.

When creating your AI model in step 1, most customers typically also record some initial templates with our team. These will be made available on your account along with the AI model when processed.

However, you may also always record new templates whenever you'd like. Just navigate to the 'Video Library' or 'Templates' section of the dashboard, and hit 'Create' to get started. The following steps will show you how to record and upload your new videos.

Step 3 - Start a campaign

The next page will walk you through creating your campaign on Windsor. This is where you can setup your custom video viewer page, load some recipients, integrate with your other services, and track all your analytics.
