Generating videos automatically using HubSpot workflows

Step 1: Connect your HubSpot account with Windsor

Connect your HubSpot account with Windsor by going to the "Integrations" tab in the sidebar.

Step 2: Enable HubSpot source integration

Follow the steps below in the GIF to enable the HubSpot source integration. This will allow you to select that campaign in HubSpot when using the Windsor "Create Video" action in a workflow.

Step 3: Create a HubSpot workflow

Create a HubSpot workflow and follow the GIF below to setup Windsor "Create Video" action to automatically create videos for each contact enrolled in that workflow.

Step 4: Enable HubSpot destination integration to create custom contact property

Follow the steps below in the GIF to enable the HubSpot destination integration and create a custom contact property for each contact. This property will contain the personalized Windsor video URL after the videos are generated. By default, the property name looks like <campaign_name>_video_url but you can customize it before clicking "Save & Enable".

Step 5: Use the personalized video URL custom contact property

Once the "Create Video" Action in Step 3 is completed, the custom contact property created in Step 4 will be populated by the personalized video URL. To use the video URLs in your marketing emails or sales sequences, simply insert the custom contact property as a personalization tag. The property will show up in the editor just like any other personalization tag.

Following screenshot shows an example of usage HubSpot workflows and sequence to send outreach emails. You can also use the video URL in other places throughout HubSpot.

If you want to add a thumbnail to your email (like above), Windsor automatically creates them for you.
